- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
- We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. These will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to all counties within Kenya. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns Policy
