Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. These will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to all counties within Kenya. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Marginseye Electronics. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how our returns process works:

1. Eligibility:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Digital products and software are excluded from our returns policy due to security concerns.
Items that show signs of wear or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may be subject to additional return conditions or may not be eligible for return, such as digital downloads, clearance items, or special orders.
